Elle Fanning ‘Will Do Anything For You’ In Margo’s Got Money Troubles
First Look at the Apple TV series also starring Michelle Pfeiffer
She’ll do anything for you and she’s Elle Fanning in the first look at Apple TV’s upcoming series Margo’s Got Money Troubles.
The eight part Apple Original series comes from David E. Kelley (Ally McBeal, Big Little Lies, Presumed Innocent) and is based on a novel from Rufi Thorpe. Fanning plays the titular character Margo and she is also on board as an executive producer alongside her sister Dakota Fanning.
The cast also includes Kelley’s own wife Michelle Pfeiffer alongside Nick Offerman, Nicole Kidman, together with Thaddea Graham, Marcia Gay Harden, Greg Kinnear, Michael Angarano, Rico Nasty, and Lindsey Normington.
What’s this all about? Margo (Fanning) is a college dropout who wants to be a writer. She’s got the news she’s pregnant, her bank account is shrinking and the bills stacking up.
Synopsis | “Margo’s Got Money Troubles” is a bold, heartwarming, and comedic family drama following recent college dropout and aspiring writer, Margo (Fanning), the daughter of an ex-Hooter’s waitress (Pfeiffer) and ex-pro wrestler (Offerman), as she’s forced to make her way with a new baby, a mounting pile of bills and a dwindling amount of ways to pay them. The series also stars Oscar winner Marcia Gay Harden, Oscar and Emmy Award-winner Greg Kinnear, Michael Angarano, Rico Nasty and Lindsey Normington.
Margo’s Got Money Troubles will premiere on Apple TV on 15th April 2026 with three episodes.
