Hasta La Vista Baby UK Trailer For The Last Stand

It’s taken a decade for him to return to what we know he does best lead the line in action films and this January Arnold Schwarzenegger returns with The Last Stand and tonight we have the UK trailer.

Arnie plays ex LAPD cop Roy Owen who packs up leaves the metropolis of Los Angeles relocating to a small border town to become the Sheriff   after been responsible for a botched operation. As Roy enters the twilight years of his career he is hoping things will be a little more low key, things are until a notorious drugs baron (Eduardo Noriega) escapes federal custody making haste to the Mexican Border. When Owen is informed that the baron could heading towards his town on his way to the border Owens doesn’t take to kindly to the news and creates his merry band of police to block the baron’s route.

The bones maybe getting older but the mind of Arnie is still back in his hey days of the 1980’s and after the taster from The Expendables we can say a nostalgic ride back to a type of film that made made the big Austrian famous might just do the trick for the January winter blues.

The Last Stand will arrive in UK&Ireland 25th January 2013 one week after it arrives in USA. The film co stars Johnny Knoxville, Forest Whitaker, Eduardo Noriega, Rodrigo Santoro, Jaimie Alexander, Peter Stormare, Genesis Rodriguez and Zach Gilford.
