The conspiracy theorists of the world have always said dark powers, secret societies rule our lands in A Glimpse Inside The Mind Of Charles Swan III its SSBB – the Secret Society of Ball-Busters. Tonight the official trailer for Roman Coppola‘s wacky, surreal film has landed online and who better to play the films protagonist than eccentric man of the moment Charlie Sheen. Set in 1970’s Sheen plays a graphic designer whose life is one big downward spiral, falling apart around his extravagant lifestyle, and when his girlfriend breaks up with him. You could say this film is like a biopic for Charlie Sheen when you look at all his previous misdemeanour’s but if you are looking for that type of film this new trailer proves this is a Roman Coppola film which also happens to be his first directed feature since CQ in 2003.
This film looks an oddball ,surreal, whimsical, fantasy and uniquely strange probably be the only film of it’s kind you’ll see in 2013, even Wes Anderson or Michel Gondry would be proud of this.Perfect cast for this type of film with the ever reliable for comical moments Bill Murray he’s joined by Jason Schwartzman, Katheryn Winnick, Aubrey Plaza, Patricia Arquette and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
There’s no UK&Irish release date announced but cinphiles in USA can catch  A Glimpse Inside The Mind Of Charles Swan III when it arrives in a cinema near you on 8th February 2013.
Set in a stylized Los Angeles, ‘A GLIMPSE INSIDE THE MIND OF CHARLES SWAN III’ is a playful comedy of lost love, friendship, revenge fantasies, and Brandy Alexanders. Charles (Charlie Sheen) is a successful graphic designer whose fame, money and charm have provided him with a seemingly perfect life. When his true love, a perplexing beauty named Ivana, suddenly breaks off their relationship, Charles’ life falls apart and he swirls into a downward spiral of doubt, confusion and reflection. With the support of his loyal intimates— Kirby (Jason Schwartzman), Saul (Bill Murray), and his sister, Izzy (Patricia Arquette) — he begins the hard road of self-evaluation to come to terms with a life without Ivana. The film begs the question: Is it possible to love and hate someone at the same time?
