Watch The Awesome SUPER 8 Full Trailer

Its been one of those highly antcipated movies for 2011 after last years years teaser SUPER 8 full trailer is now finally here! Paramount finally gave us a little more of the action back in January with the Superbowl tv spot and that just got everyone more excited and now we have this awesome first full trailer!The first thing that hits me is the music and its Steven Spielberg’s influence here reminds me of the great movies he made in the 1980’s like ET, The Goonies and there inspiration can be seen through this movie. I wasn’t too sure if this movie first was going to be more cloverfield esque type movie minus the shakycam but it is more ‘family friendly’ and adults of my age group 30 plus will love this due to its homage to all good things 1980’s movies!

This is not a movie of big named stars alot of young up and coming actors but who cares whose in it as it looks so good! Super 8 stars Elle Fanning, Kyle Chandler, Ron Eldard, Noah Emmerich, Gabriel Basson, Joel Courtney, Ryan Lee, Zach Mills and Amanda Michalka. .

In the summer of 1979, a group of friends in a small Ohio town witness a catastrophic train crash while making a super 8 movie and soon suspect that it was not an accident. Shortly after, unusual disappearances and inexplicable events begin to take place in town, and the local Deputy tries to uncover the truth – something more terrifying than any of them could have imagined.

SUPER 8 will be with us on August 19th and American movie fans will catch it on June 10th.
