‘Warfare’ Comes To The Courtroom In Sky drama War Trailer

In battle for power, winning is everything. Sky has released the official main trailer for legal drama War and warfare is coming to the courtroom.

Big legal cases are coming more common these days with some celebs and actors seen more foe legal than their actual craft. This 8 episode series will dive into what could be in reality one of those case, one of the biggest cases in British history. Sky have faith in the show and have ordered a second season, will it be a new case?

War comes from creator George Kay (Lupin, Hijack), and the Sky Original series stars Dominic West and Sienna Miller. This gripping new legal drama set inside two of London’s most prestigious rival law firms.

As Cathcarts & Sons and Taylor & Byrne clash over a headline-making case, ambitious young lawyer Johnny Warren (Archie Renaux) is drawn into a ruthless world where ambition is currency, betrayal is strategy and every move could change everything.

Also starring in series one are Phoebe Fox as Serena Byrne and James McArdle as Nicholas Taylor, partners in life and business at Taylor & Byrne; Nina Sosanya as Beatrice Ubosi and Pip Torrens as St John Smallwood, their counterparts and fierce rivals at Cathcarts & Sons, alongside Celia Imrie, Nick Mohammed, Emma Laird, Aran Murphy, Archie Panjabi, Adrian Scarborough, Shaheen Jafargholi, Akiya Henry, Honor Swinton Byrne, Miles Jupp, Kartanya Maynard, Alexandra Mardell, Dylan Edwards, Mark Quartley and Steve Furst.

Synopsis | WAR delves into the high-stakes lives of London’s most powerful lawyers as firms Cathcarts & Sons and Taylor & Byrne clash over a headline-grabbing legal battle, drawing ambitious young lawyer Jonathan “Johnny” Warren, played by Archie Renaux (Alien: Romulus, Upgraded), into a ruthless world where ambition is currency, betrayal is strategy and winning is everything.

Series one follows the explosive divorce of British tech entrepreneur Morgan Henderson (Dominic West) and international film star Carla Duval (Sienna Miller), as law firms Cathcarts & Sons and Taylor & Byrne stop at nothing to secure victory for their clients.

War will launch on Sky and Now from 2nd October.
