Another Bonkers Bad Day At The Office UK Trailer

How do you run from a life you can’t remember? That is the premise in indie action thriller Bad Day At The Office and today we get a chance to enjoy the official UK Trailer and it’s bonkers!

Chee Keong Cheung‘s action thriller stars John Hannah promises a ultra violent filmed with GoPro cameras. Promising every punch, every chase, every explosion is seen and felt. Bad Day At The Office follows a man (Hannah) with no memory wakes in a wrecked hotel room to find a dead body in his bathtub. He and a hotel maid are plunged into a breathless spiral of confusion and conspiracy.

We love our bonkers films and this certainly is. Unfortunately this looks a cheap nasty generic video game first shooter might have been okay 15 plus years ago. We caught this at Edinburgh Film Festival, and it works fine as a Midnight strand like it did at Edinburgh. It wants to be Hardcore Henry which is a better film less exhausting and convoluted. The first person shooter is a stale gimmick clunky and dated.

This also stars Radha Mitchell, Tamer Hassan, Lana Parrilla, Tim Fellingham, Roxanne McKee, Branko Tomović and Victor Gardener.

Synopsis | When Karl (John Hannah) awakes in a wrecked hotel room with a splitting headache, it isn’t because he’s nursing a nasty hangover. Karl has no memory of what’s happened, where he is, or even who he is.

When he discovers a dead body in his bathtub, and two police officers soon knocking at his door, it sets into motion a terrifying and explosive series of events that force Karl and hotel maid Molly (Radha Mitchell) on a blind descent into a deceptive world of confusion and conspiracy, all the while with a price on his head and half the city in murderous pursuit.

Karl will need to draw on his forgotten skill sets if he has any hope of survival, as he and Molly endeavour to unravel the mystery that took his memories.

Bad Day At The Office will get a limited UK and Irish cinema release from 30th October.
