We do love those stories that are historical and inspiring, this one has both. Tyler Perry and good film don’t usually share the same sentence, this may change. This one is all about US Army’s only all-Black, all-women battalion who took on an impossible mission. Major Charity Adams (Washington) is in charge of the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion, delivering that connection between the soldiers and their family back home. They also had to fight battles of sexism and racism amongst their own soldiers.
