Extended Gameplay Look At New Terminator 2D: No Fate Video Game

Terminator 2D: No Fate gameplay trailer arrives

Bitmap Bureau has released a new look at the gameplay for the new Terminator videogame – entitled Terminator 2D: No Fate – which you can have a look at below!

Along with the new trailer, a PlayStation Blog post from Bitmapโ€™s Design Director and Programmer Mike Tucker provides an overview of what to expect from the Terminator 2D: No Fate difficulty settings, which allows players to experience the full game. When starting any of the gameโ€™s various modes, players can choose from four different difficulty options, with the hardest unlocking after completing the Mother of the Future Mode. Here are the four difficulty options from easiest to hardest:

  • Easy Money (Easy)
  • No Problemo (Normal)
  • Hasta La Vista (Hard)
  • Judgment Day (Very Hard)

The post goes on to talk about the differences in the difficulty levels and will make subsequent changes to enemies, damage, and the number of “continues” players will get, and any time limits. Examples include a fight with a giant mech called the Centurion. The mechโ€™s shots go significantly faster on more complex difficulties, making it much more challenging to avoid.

The new trailer for Terminator 2D: No Fate shows all the characters and modes players will be able to play. There will be three playable characters: Sarah Connor, the T-800, and John Connor. Players will fight through 15 levels in a unique retelling of the beloved film, Terminator 2. The modes include Story Mode, Boss Rush Mode, Infinite Mode, Mother of the Future, and Arcade Mode.

Terminator 2: Judgement Day, directed by James Cameron, stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton, Edward Furlong and Robert Patrick.

Terminator 2D: No Fate launches on October 31stย for PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
