Teens Vs Ghosts In Joe Cornish’s Lockwood & Co Trailer

The paranormal will meet it’s match in the form of ‘pesky teens’ in Joe Cornish‘s Lockwood & Co. The Young Adult series set for a launch at the end of the month, Netflix launch the official Trailer.

The series is based onย Jonathan Stroud popular book series. with Cameron Chapman, ย Ali Hadji-Heshmatiย  with Ruby Stokes all starring as the trio make up the titular agency.

The agency is ran by two boys who are eventually joined by a girl with extraordinary psychic abilities (Stokes). Together the trio must investigate some of the spookiest and deadliest spectral hauntings in the city.

The films that came after Attack The Block haven’t had the same effect. Cornish‘s projects haveย  been for younger audiences, however his dry wit is teased in this promo. This trailer introduces the characters and their unique talents as well as some of the spirits they will face. The teens are determined to show those adult agencies they have what it takes, check out the trailer…

Run by Anthony Lockwood, a rebellious young entrepreneur haunted by his mysterious past, his brilliant but eccentric sidekick George and a newly arrived, supremely gifted girl called Lucy, this renegade trio are about to unravel a terrifying mystery that will change the course of history.

The series also starsย Ivanno Jeremiah, Jack Bandeira, Luke Treadaway, Morven Christie, Hayley Konadu, Rhianna Dorris, andย Paddy Holland.

27th January is the date for your diaries for Lockwood & Co launching on Netflix.
