New TV Spots Hit A ‘Nerve’

We’ve seen them streak, ride bikes blindfold, we’ve asked then are they a player or are they a watcher? Today Emma Roberts and Dave Franco in new TV Spots for Nerve do they ‘Dare or do they ‘play’?


You could say the attraction of money we’ll do anything to get it. The attractions of such ‘reality’ TV Shows such as Big Brother, Made In Essex, Made In Chelsea, even X-Factor, The Voice younger generation especially will do anything. As history has revealed it’s only like Andy Warhol’s “15 minutes of fame”, you get what you want but as the pressure mounts to keep the momentum going  you want to get out. But as we know this is the ultimate game of truth or dare or even spin the bottle and sometimes we’re blind to the danger and ‘Dare Spot‘  highlights that with the ‘play spot‘ showcasing the social media impact, the buzz. In the same spot we see Twitter handles of fans, players and how easy it is to get caught up in the whole phenomenon. Do these strike a ‘Nerve’ with you?

Nerve follows industrious high school senior, Vee Delmonico (Emma Roberts), who has had it with living life on the sidelines. When pressured by friends to join the popular online game Nerve, Vee decides to sign up for just one dare in what seems like harmless fun. But as she finds herself caught up in the thrill of the adrenaline-fueled competition, the game begins to take a sinister turn with increasingly dangerous acts, leading her into a high stakes finale that will determine her entire future.
