I’ll be honest, I must be the one horror fan who hasn’t stepped on board the Scream franchise train. The buzz has never excited me, although I appreciate the same isn’t true for its many fans . When franchises get into silly numbers like Scream 7 , it can become exhausting, but history has shown that some have developed into great series.
In this one, Sidney (Neve Campbell) has been living a quite life with her daughter away from the horrors of her past. Her darkest fears raise their ugly head again when a Ghostface killer rises and targets her daughter.
The franchise’s co-creator Kevin Williamson directs and the rest of the cast includes Isabel May, Courteney Cox, Jasmin Savoy Brown, and Mason Gooding. Anna Camp, Joel McHale, Mckenna Grace, Michelle Randolph, Jimmy Tatro, Asa Germann, Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, Ethan Embry, Tim Simons, and Mark Consuelos.
Synopsis | When a new Ghostface killer emerges in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) has built a new life, her darkest fears are realized as her daughter (Isabel May) becomes the next target.
