A Second ‘Footloose’ Trailer Dances Its Way Online!

Okay folks get your shoes, boots or heels off….”Let’s Dance!!!”  Paramount Pictures have released the 2nd trailer for Craig Brewer’s FOOTLOOSE  the remake of the 1984 Kevin Bacon film the movie that kicked off his career. 27 years on that same movie now refreshed modernised for the 21st century is making its return to the big screen and one again helping to launch the movies male lead film career Kenny Wormald who moves to a mid western conservative town, a town who have outlawed rock & roll and dancing with the repressed teens of the town are now rebelling against the town’s fathers.

There’s no surpise this movie has been remade, times are tough for everyone worldwide and Footloose is a feel good movie  which will give cinephiles or  really anyone looking for a few hours to escape the stress of daily life. Does it deserve a second chance? Yes I would say due to the movies nature and todays climate, will it be any good, the movie was a craze when it came out but will it have the same effect in 2011? we’ll find out on October 14th when the movie dances into a UK&Irish cinema near you.

The movie stars Julianne Hough, Dennis Quaid, Andie MacDowell, Ray McKinnon, Miles Teller, Ziah Colon, Patrick John Flueger, Kim Dickens.
