The wait is nearly over, It’s been a long wait for Harry Potter fans  but in just 7 weeks Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them will be in our cinemas. Warner Bros love to tease and today they do with one final UK trailer one that gives us the best look at the expanded Wizarding world.
Premiered last night on American TV and now released online now we have the UK version revealing new magical creatures, striking effects, all round exciting prospect. So dust down your capes and hats, pour yourself a butter beer and start practising those spells!
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them opens in 1926 as Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob(Dan Fogler), a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.
This may not have the boy wizard nor be in Hogwarts but there’s plenty going on and said to give enough satisfaction to Potterheads. That said Fantastic Beasts has enough on show to give this film/franchise it’s own identity playing like their ‘American cousin’ which in a way this is.The characters of this are adults but the tone is still very dark, threatening but what about the creatures! We spotted Bowtruckles, even an inquisitive Niffler, we’re not going to say we’re experts on them all, but the one that gets our attention is the one with the horn!
If you are hoping for some Harry Potter ‘nostalgia’ the trailer leaving an encouraging prospect with the Wizard Grindelwald mention who was in the final Harry Potter Book. Could that mean we might see a young Dumbledore? His name has been teased many time so don’t be shocked if he does appear!
Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them will be out in UK&Ireland from 18th November starring Colin Farrell, Ron Perlman, Jon Voight, Katherine Waterston, Samantha Morton, Gemma Chan, Ezra Miller,Carmen Ejogo and Alison Sudol.
