Can You Survive Watching Until Dawn New Trailer?

A woman looks defeated in Until Dawn

Every night is a new nightmare in David F.Sandberg‘s time loop horror Until Dawn. Today we have a second UK Trailer that asks is can you stay alive?!

If things look familiar and your a video gamer, this film is based on 2015 Playstation game of the same name. It will be however with new characters and a new story, which might be a good when you look at the history of video gaming movie adaptations. Or will it be?

It’s great to see Sandberg stepping back into horror genre after a couple of Shazam films. I haven’t played the video game and don’t know much about it nor what things from the game will be in the film. The time loop scenario, the mythical Wendigo creature daily nightmares for those trapped in the house the film is set around. This looks mission impossible to survive and we like what we’re seeing!

Exploring an abandoned visitor center, they find themselves stalked by a masked killer and horrifically murdered one by one…only to wake up and find themselves back at the beginning of the same evening. Trapped in the valley, they’re forced to relive the nightmare again and again – only each time the killer threat is different, each more terrifying than the last. Hope dwindling, the group soon realizes they have a limited number of deaths left, and the only way to escape is to survive until dawn.

The film stars Ella Rubin, Michael Cimino, Odessa A’zion, Ji-young Yoo, Belmont Cameli, Peter Stormare, and Maia Mitchell. Until Dawn will be released in UK, Irish and U.S cinemas from 25th April.
