Ride On starring Jackie Chan in UK Cinemas from 7th April 2023

Age is only a number and that’s what Jackie Chan will tell you when it comes his films. The latest film from the Action legend Ride On is coming to the UK next month, CineAsia reveal the UK Trailer…Beware of the horse!

Ride On is directed by rising filmmaker Larry Yang (Mountain Cry), Chan stars as washed up stuntman Luo. His glory days past him who finds his trusty horse a target of debt collectors. When a fight pursues, Luo re-connects with his estranged daughter and when fame comes again will he once again forget about his family?

Action legend Jackie Chan (Vanguard, Rush Hour, Police Story) is back in an action-packed and heart-warming tribute to the world of stunts which made him an international star.

Luo (Chan) is a washed-up stuntman whose glory days are long behind him. When his trusty stunt horse, Red Hare, becomes the target of debt collectors, the pair fight off the attackers, with their impressive display caught on camera and the video going viral. Meanwhile, Luo works to reconnect with his estranged daughter and her boyfriend, who both take an interest in the legal case against Luo. But when his renewed fame scores him a once-in-a lifetime opportunity, will he finally put his family first?

Written and directed by rising filmmaker Larry Yang (Mountain Cry) and co-starring Liu Haocun (Cliff Walkers) and Kevin Guo (Adoring), Ride On is a fast, funny and uplifting story of family, with stunning action choreography paying homage to the classics of Jackie Chan.

The film also stars Wu Jing (Wolf Warrior films), Liu Haocun (Cliff Walkers) and Kevin Guo (Adoring). Ride On will be released in select UK and Irish Cinemas from 7th April. To find out the nearest screening to you, head over to CineAsia website.
