Angry Birds Hatchlings Attempt To ‘Deck The Halls’ In Festive Promo
‘Tis the season to be jolly, la la la la l a l…a l….aa! Next spring those Angry Birds will arrive in UK cinemas today The Hatchlings attempt to ‘Deck The Halls’ Â in new festive promo. Christmas is just over 3 weeks away and what better way to get in the mood in those lovable little featherballs that will probably be the must toys for Christmas 2016?!
With so many board games as well as video games becoming live action/feature films it’s no surprise these guys have a movie coming, especially how quick fans of the game took to them. These little hatchlings will sure to bring warmth to everyone on a cold December day, sliding into a great big ‘Aowwww!’ as well as the newest obsession.
It’s hard to believe Angry Birds is taken from a mobile phone game but as it’s from a mobile don’t expect a like for like adaptation but could there be a sequel Birds Vs Pigs??
The movie takes us to an island populated entirely by happy, flightless birds – or almost entirely. In this paradise, Red (Jason Sudeikis, We’re the Millers, Horrible Bosses), a bird with a temper problem, speedy Chuck (Josh Gad in his first animated role since Frozen), and the volatile Bomb (Danny McBride, This is the End, Eastbound and Down) have always been outsiders. But when the island is visited by mysterious green piggies, it’s up to these unlikely outcasts to figure out what the pigs are up to.
However good or bad this film will be it’s certain to be a winner at the box office due to the phenomenal popularity of the game. Like many games they are highly addictive plus the cuteness the kids will love and like the game it will give a couple of hours breathing space for parents too!
Miss the film’s recent trailer? here it is in it’s full angry mode…
