With the imment release ofย  The Last Airbender just about to be released in the UK and reading the reviews from the American sites M.Night Shylamalan is on a downward spiral as in career, as the movie adaptation of the popular Nickleodeon series was a failure. His name is not very popular in the moviefan world his name was mentioned in a panel at Comic-Con recently and the room erupted with a chorus of Boo’s.

Last month I posted the trailer for the movie DEVIL which is directed by Johnย  & Erick Dowdle but comes from the mind of Shylamalan and beleive it or not but liked what they saw. Shylamalan’s created the idea and he passess it onto other directors to create and from the evidence we’ve seen this could be the movie Shylamalan needs to get the career started again.

HeyUguys have got hold off a new very impressive looking new poster for the movie which is hitting US on September 17th (UK no release date still yet more likely to be 2011) and you get that intense claustophobic (i do suffer from a mild case of it) feel when you look at it. I do like they have made devil’s antichrist symbol (upside down crucifix) through rim of the elevator doors which doe symbolise that there’s creature from the pit of darkness lurking with in the movie, mmm lovely jubbley!!!

The poster was exclusively posted first by Empire and Devil makes up the first of 3 movies which are all part of The Night Chronicles series, check out the poster:
