Every year from U.S we get new trailers, tv spots, clips previewed online that were shown during major sporting/musical events like Superbowl so why not London Olympics? Disney have done that with their early 2013 release Wreck It Ralph who goes for gold in 5 olympic themed tv spots. When events like the Olympics come around it usually attracts those people who may not watch sports on a daily/weekly basis so what better place for companies like films to promote their upcoming release, tie in the theme get the attention you want.John C Reilly provides the voice of Ralph a video game character who is forced to play a villain in a Donkey Kong style game but has the desire to be a good guy and abandons the game after 30 years to search for that game world that will accept his a goodguy. first 4 spots are all various events Ralph taking part in with the last spot which is extended 60 second spot which is like a condensed version of the first trailer. Its a fun looking film and been a kid from the 1980’s teen of the 1990’s I can relate to alot of the game characters we’ll meet in the film.

WRECK IT RALPH also has the voices of Sarah Silverman, Jack McBrayer, Jane Lynch with Rich Moore (Simpsons/Futurama) directing with the film arriving February 15th 2013 in UK&Ireland.

But itโ€™s the feisty misfit Vanellope von Schweetz (voice of Sarah Silverman, โ€œThe Sarah Silverman Programโ€) from the candy-coated cart racing game, Sugar Rush, whose world is threatened when Ralph accidentally unleashes a deadly enemy that threatens the entire arcade. Will Ralph realise his dream and save the day before itโ€™s too late? โ€œWreck-It Ralphโ€ crashes onto the big screen in February 2013, in Disney Digital 3Dโ„ข in select UK cinemas.
