Parents will do anything to protect their kids, no matter how old they are. Or in Christian Sparkes Hammer no matter how dangerous the mess the kids are in. Today Vertical Entertainment have released the Trailer for indie crime thriller starring Will Patton and Mark O’Brien.
The film centres around a father who discovers his estranged son has gotten himself into one big mess. A drug deal his boy was involved in went wrong seeing him fleeing for his life. Looking for the only person who can help him, his father.
This looks like a reunion that they wished was under better circumstances. One now could lead to violence, however the pair will face fatherhood, family and fate. The botched deal isn’t revealed in this trailer, nor do we know how the film will portray it either. However this is only 82 minutes long, looks to move at a fast pace with plenty of tension and emotion all around.

This one also stars Ben Cotton, Dayle McLeod, Lara Jean Chorostecki, Connor Price, and Curtis Caravaggio.
Hammer will be released Stateside on VOD and Digital HD from 5th June. No word yet if or when this one will get a release in the UK and Ireland.
