Who Has Nicolas Cage’s Pig? Watch UK Trailer For PIG
He wants his Truffle pig back and if you know his film he has a bit of a ‘rage’. Today Altitude Films release the the UK Trailer for Nicolas Cage‘s upcoming revenge thriller PIG.
There’s nothing better than learning about another Cage film project. You never know what type of Cage film you’re going to get and we love this. The range of film genres he covers is unbelievable and every so often we get a rare treat. After the buzz of the US Trailer, this one looks like it will be a must watch!
Cage plays a reclusive Truffle hunter who lives in Oregonian wilderness. He uses a pig to forage for the treasured truffles, his life is turned upside down when someone steals his pig. Forcing him to return to his past and to Portland to search for his friend.
Cage’s films as we said are colourful and all usually have a doze of ‘Cage Rage‘. Whoever has the pig we expect will fell the full force of that rage. This on paper may not look like much but pigs have great sense of smell making them great animals to find truffles. Also we hear his character say “We don’t get a lot of things to really care about,” that reflect his isolation. His past his past was in culinary, was he chef and now vegan setting up for something that John Wick fans might just adore…
A reclusive truffle hunter (Cage) who lives alone in the wilderness must return to his past in Portland in search of his beloved foraging pig after she is kidnapped.
The film also stars Alex Wolff, Adam Arkin, Gretchen Corbett, Julia Bray, Darius Pierce, and Elijah Ungvary.
Pig will be released in UK and Irish cinemas from 20th August.
