We all love a holiday and we all know at this moment and time with a certain pandemic wrecking havoc is not the time. Let Lionsgate Films offer a chance to go on holiday without leaving the country, with Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar. Watch UK Trailer below.

The film comes from and stars Bridesmaids writers Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo, as our titular characters. If British you could see they would spend time abroad in the winter sun of Benidorm or The Canary Islands. This was also due for release last year but thanks to Covid that release is this year.

Our titular characters Barbs and Star are lifelong friends and decide to go on a trip of a lifetime . A trip that sees them leave their hometown for the the first time ever!

Bit of an oddball but fun Trailer, we know nothing about the pair, they come across as Saturday Night Live pair that got a film version of their sketch. Could be an interesting watch if they get some of that Bridesmaids humour into this!

The film also stars Jamie Dornan, Damon Wayans Jr., Fortune Feimster, Wendi McLeandon-Covey, Rose Abdoo, Vanessa Bayer, Phyllis Smith, and Kwame Patterson.

Lionsgate Films haven’t confirmed Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar UK release date just yet nor the format. Only stating ‘Coming Soon’, if you live in the U.S it’s coming your way on 12th February on Premium VOD.
