Money can’t buy you everything except immorality, Vertical Entertainment have released the official Trailer for The Obscure Life of The Grand Duke of Corsica.

The film stars Timothy Spall and Peter Stormare with Daniel Graham directing. The film is mostly based on the Mediterranean island of Malta, Spall stars as Alfred Rott. A renowned architect who finds himself with an unusual project. The island is in the grip of an deadly epidemic Rott is commissioned to build a mausoleum for a dying billionaire. He calls himself, The Grand Duke of Corsica, Rott is determined to fulfil his job even if fear and state of emergency makes things difficult.

When it comes to Timothy Spall, you can’t go wrong he is one of the best actors in the industry. Match him with Peter Stormare you have something eccentric and a little bonkers on the cards.

A cantankerous and brilliant architect, Alfred Rott, embarks upon a highly unusual commission for an eccentric billionaire in Malta who calls himself the ‘Grand Duke of Corsica’. A deadly malaria epidemic sweeps the island causing panic, but Alfred remains to finish the job.

The film also stars Matt Hookings, Alicia Agneson, Noeleen Comiskey, Lucy Martin, Tim Cullingworth-Hudson, James Mackie, and Elvira Out.

The Obscure Life of The Grand Duke of Corsica will be released in the UK and Ireland from 17th September. If you live in the U.S it’s 15th October.
