Watch The New UK Trailer For Spiral: From the Book of Saw!
Despite the year that has passed that delayed virtually everything, will we finally ‘play a game’? 2021 is looking a fraction better and Lionsgate Films have unveiled the new second Spiral: From the Book of Saw UK Trailer!
Just when you thought all the chapters from the Book Of Saw had been released think again. The question will be is Jigsaw actually dead and this creepy new chapter is merely a copycat killer? As they say there’s still life on the old dog, Chris Rock saw there was still life in the Jigsaw Killer.
Rock’s unexpected involvement in this version is intriguing many, plus it’s not a comedy. The horror of the previous films is still their, however this looks more crime thriller ala Se7en than a fully fledged horror. The new Trailer does reveal a lot more of the film’s plot whilst suggesting it’s also it’s own beast.
Based on a story written By Chris Rock who plays cocky Detective Zeke Banks. He has an new rookie under his wings, the pair investigates a series of gruesome murders. Eerily reminiscent of old murders which land Zeke in the middle of a deadly mysterious game.

A criminal mastermind unleashes a twisted form of justice in SPIRAL, the terrifying new chapter from the book of SAW. Working in the shadow of an esteemed police veteran (Samuel L. Jackson), brash Detective Ezekiel โZekeโ Banks (Chris Rock) and his rookie partner (Max Minghella) take charge of a grisly investigation into murders that are eerily reminiscent of the cityโs gruesome past. Unwittingly entrapped in a deepening mystery, Zeke finds himself at the center of the killerโs morbid game.
The film also starsย Max Minghella, Marisol Nicholsย and Samuel L. Jackson.ย Darren Lynn Bousman returns to the directing chair.
Spiral: From the Book of Saw will be released in the UK and Ireland on 17th May (14th May USA).
