Watch The Gut-Wrenching UK Trailer For The Cut Starring Orlando Bloom

Altitude Film Distribution have released the gut wrenching UK Trailer for boxing psychological thriller The Cut starring Orlando Bloom.

The film is directed by Sean Ellis (Metro Manilla, Eight For Silver) which also stars Caitríona Balfe and John Turturro. This made it’s world premiere at last year’s Toronto Film Festival and seems to have been stuck in film distribution purgatory until now.

The Cut is all about a veteran former boxing champion who seeks redemption and sees that by returning to the squared circle.  He heads back into intense training programme, loosing drastic weight to a point of obsession. Pushing him to a point his reality starts to unravel affecting him physically and psychologically.

One you reach a milestone birthday or retired from a certain profession  you hit the wall in life. Sometimes heading back into what you know best might be your only option, might cost you more than you expect.

Official Synopsis:
After a career-ending defeat, a former champion trains for redemption – but as obsession takes hold and reality unravels, he may be spiraling into something far more terrifying.
