Watch Second UK Trailer For It Ends With US Starring Blake Lively

A second UK Trailer for Colleen Hoover‘s It Ends With Us has been released by Sony Pictures Releasing.

The film stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni (who also directs), which is also the first book from Hoover to be adapted for film.  This film won’t follow the norms of the typical romantic dramas all down to the topics the book covers. As the main focal point is about abusive relationships and how someone gets out of that cycle of abuse.  Despite the controversaries the book is one of the most popular in the genre.

Lively plays Lily Boom in It Ends With Us. She’s  had a traumatic past and has always had a dream of being her own boss. That dreams comes true and at the same time a romance with Ryle (Baldoni) blossoms. Things drastically change when an old fame returns into Lily’s life.

I haven’t heard of the book until the first trailer arrived online. The abuse in this story hopefully won’t be glamourised …

This co-stars Jenny Slate, Hasan Minhaj, Amy Morton and Brandon Sklenar. You can see It Ends With Us in UK and Irish cinemas from 9th August.
