WATCH THE DYSTOPIAN SHORT MONGREL’S CREED

Though we dont show many short films here at The Peoples Movies we usually keep them exclusively for our sister site Cinehouse who  on A Regular basis post many great short films (&trailers). Occasionally we do have to post some shorts here and yesterday   Tom Noakes a emerging Sydney based Australian film director has sent us this cracking little short MONGREL’S CREED. 
We love movies from new graduates and tom himself has just graduated from Australian Film and Television Radio School and Mongrel’s Creed was part of his final year project, a project he written with Will Goodfellow. The movie is a Dystopian short about reprogramming of troublemakers by the government (sadly something very relevant to whats happening in London maybe something should try! ).

et in the dungeons of a futuristic rehabilitation centre Gravel must confront his superior officer, Mr. Cod, in order to save his close friend Robbie from becoming reprogrammed.

This short maybe familar to some of you as the short has done the rounds of the worlds film festival’s including London Sci-Fi film festival, Israel Icon Sci-Fi Film festival, Adelaide Shorts Film Festival and Dungog Film Festival. A Big thanks for Tom for sending us this great little film  and we wish him well and hopefully see more of his future projects here at Cinehouse or over at our sister site The People’s Movies!
