Vince Vaughn &Owen Wilson Get Googled In The Internship Trailer
In 2005 the where the Wedding Crashers but in 2013 Vince Vaughn & Owen Wilson reunite as 40 something unemployed guys ready to get ‘Googled’ in first trailer for The Internship.
Vaughn & Wilson play old school friends who watch salesmen who quickly find themselves unemployed thanks to their age (over 40) and looking unemployable. Working together to find employment they happen to come across a chance of an internship at Google the pair apply for the position which off course sees them test their wits against smarter younger kids.
I’m going to be honest here never been a fan of Vaughn & Wilson wasn’t head over heels with The Wedding Crashers but I could see why the film was an unexpected hit. As for The Internship it doesn’t look exactly same level of Wedding Crashers but it does have some of vibes minus the generic jokes and the pair have good chemistry going too which should bring a smile or two to the lead actors fanbase.
The Internship directed by Shawn Levy is set for a 4th July UK release date co-starring Rose Byrne, Dylan O’Brien, John Goodman, Max Minghella, Jessica Szohr and Will Ferrell.
Synopsis:
Billy (Vince Vaughn) and Nick (Owen Wilson) are salesmen whose careers have been torpedoed by the digital world. Trying to prove they are not obsolete, they defy the odds by talking their way into a coveted internship at Google, along with a battalion of brilliant college students. But, gaining entrance to this utopia is only half the battle. Now they must compete with a group of the nation’s most elite, tech-savvy geniuses to prove that necessity really is the mother of re-invention.
