Another New TV Spot For Steven Soderbergh’s HAYWIRE

Who ever said girls can’t kick ass, and for that fact a boy’s ass? Well beware macho heads you haven’t met Gina Carano the star of next month’s Steven Soderbergh’s homage to 1980’s style action thriller’s HAYWIRE. Mixed Martial Art’s star Carano plays a Special Ops agent who gets double crossed by the people she had been working for but why? She’s up against some big names Channing Tatum​, Ewan McGregor​ , Michael Fassbender​ (who has a busy 2012 with Prometheus,Dangerous Method and Shame) Antonio Banderas​, Bill Paxton​, Michael Douglas​, Michael Angarano​. As the iconic 1980’s girls song by Cyndi Lauper goes “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” Gina Carano is certainly one girl having a lot of fun with the boys at their own game! Haywire will be released in UK&Ireland January 18th, USA  January 20th.

Beautiful freelance covert operative Mallory Kane is hired out by her handler to various global entities to perform jobs which governments can’t authorize and heads of state would rather not know about. After a mission to rescue a hostage in Barcelona, Mallory is quickly dispatched on another mission to Dublin. When the operation goes awry and Mallory finds she has been double crossed, she needs to use all of her skills, tricks and abilities to escape an international manhunt, make it back to the United States, protect her family, and exact revenge on those that have betrayed her.
