The Peoples Movies – Worst Films 2023 [The Writers]

We do love great films  here at The Peoples Movies, however for every great film there’s a bad one. Yesterday we gave you the writers Top Films of 2023, today its Worst Films of 2023.

Let’s be honest you cannot polish a turd especially one that pretends to be a ‘great film’. Like we said with the previous list, film is divisive many choice we may agree, others  we won’t. Some might puzzle us, other choices might surprise or even anger us, that’s the wonderful thing about film.

Below is a list from the same writers, I’m sure many of you may see them as ‘crimes against cinema’. There is also some films from each writer that didn’t make expectations to be considered on the Best Films 2023 list. Just disappointed on every level, not necessarily the worst film of 2023.

Same rules as the Best Films 2023 list, all out in the UK and Ireland last year. However we do make some exceptions, not all cinematic releases, some previews, some streaming others film festival release…
