Disaster striking Netflix this month
The future of humanity is on the line later this month in apocalyptic thriller, The Great Flood. Netflix have dropped the official Trailer for the Korean disaster film and the fight for survival will be ‘watery’.
Apocalyptic endings to our little planet have been turned into stories, the tin hat brigade books, and films. In Kim Byung-woo’s (Omniscient Reader: The Prophecy) film the water could be our ending. If we go by the news coverage from around the world over the years water levels are rising globally, ‘experts’ saying lands will be flooded. When you look at the trailer there are clues that not all what it seems. Digital Experiments? Simulation?
The Great Flood stars Kim Da-mi, Park Hae-soo and Kwon Eun-seong. A woman awakes to what she thought would be a normal day to find her and her son lives are in danger. Record breaking rains, floods rising threaten to submerge them could one man on mission rescue them?
