This has been out a few months but it caught my eye today as a future sees Robot gladiators battle Space Jesus in the awesome animated short Carl.
This Animated sci-fi short that starts with the duel of a Robot Gladiator (Carl) vs Space Jesus but escalates to a much bigger conflict when the love interest appears. Carl changes sides goes against Robo-dinosaur in a chaotic battle that finally ends in outer space.
This is a story of Love and it’s strength but also the weakness of hatred. Director Márk Juhász uses Carl to reference of some big classic films such as Terminator, Matrix even Spartacus when it comes to how we confront religion in society nowdays.What’s so good about Carl, it has no dialogue, enjoy…
