She is The Chosen One In Prey For The Devil New UK Trailer

Lionsgate Films have released the second UK Trailer for exorcism horror Prey For The Devil. She’s the first female exorcist, but who, or what, called her?

Jacqueline Byers is that chosen one, Sister Ann. The church need her, the world is plagued demonic possession is now a global threat. With the Catholic Church now reopening the Exorcism school they must open their door for Nuns to join. A professor decides to train Sister Ann the skills of an exorcist despite it being forbidden. With the help of a priest, the Nun will battle for the soul of a young girl however the Devil wants in.

The male exorcist has been done and test many times, interesting to see female exorcist. How far into faith will this film will go is hard to say. This certainly looks to have some creepy moments.

In response to a global rise in demonic possessions, the Catholic Church reopens exorcism schools to train priests in the Rite of Exorcism. On this spiritual battlefield, an unlikely warrior rises: a young nun, Sister Ann (Jacqueline Byers).

Although nuns are forbidden to perform exorcisms, a professor (Colin Salmon) recognises Sister Ann’s gifts and agrees to train her. Thrust onto the spiritual frontline with fellow student Father Dante (Christian Navarro), Sister Ann finds herself in a battle for the soul of a young girl (who Sister Ann believes is possessed by the same demon that tormented her own mother years ago), and soon realises the Devil has her right where he wants her… and it wants in.

The film also stars Jacqueline Byers,  Colin Salmon, Christian Navarro, Nicholas Ralph, Ben Cross, and Virginia Madsen. Prey For The Devil will be released in UK and Irish cinemas from 28th October.
