Russian Trailer For ABRAHAM LINCON:VAMPIRE HUNTER Shows Off New Footage

People who lead secret lives always get found out but if you have an axe you’ll make sure no one apart from those you use the axe against are the one who only know, In Abraham Lincon’s case it’s vampires.Late last night a new extended Russian trailer for ABRAHAM LINCON: VAMPIRE HUNTER appeared online, which maybe in it’s native tongue however it does show off new footage so its worth a look. film is directed by Russian director Timur Bekmambetov  (produced by Tim Burton) and so is expected that one of the nation’s biggest filmmakers should bring something a little extra to the table for Russian cinephiles.

President Lincoln’s mother is killed by a supernatural creature, which fuels his passion to crush vampires and their slave-owning helpers.Abraham Lincoln is reinvented as a vampire-killing president in this Timur Bekmambetov-directed action picture starring Benjamin Walker, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Rufus Sewell, and Dominic Cooper. Pride and Prejudice and Zombies author Seth Grahame-Smith adapts his own book for 20th Century Fox. Tim Burton produces alongside Bekmambetov and Jim Lemley.

Abraham Lincon : Vampire Hunter certainly has the trademark visual stylings of Bekmanbetov as seen in Wanted and the brilliant Nightwatch / Daywatch films. What is surprising is the trailers show that they maybe going for more serious approach rather fun approach which is probably why I have mixed feelings about this one but when the film arrives in UK&Ireland August 2nd I’ll check it out hopefully will reveal its a ridiculously fun flick for the summer! Abraham Lincon:Vampire Hunter stars  Benjamin Walker , Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Dominic Cooper, Anthony Mackie, Alan Tudyk and Rufus Sewell.
