Rose Byrne’s If I Had Legs I’d Kick You Getting Second Sight Films Release
Earning a much-deserved Academy Award® nomination, Rose Byrne surprised critics and audiences alike with her powerful, panic-inducing turn in If I Had Legs I’d Kick You. Yet to get a home release until now with Second Sight Films set to give the film a brand-new 4K Limited Edition release this December.
Directed by Mary Bronstein, Byrne takes centre stage as spiraling mother who is trying to navigate a whole heap of challenges: a daughter with a mysterious illness, an absent husband, a challenging job as a psychotherapist, with increasingly needy patients that require out of hours care, a missing person, an increasingly hostile relationship with her own therapist and a growing need for self-medication, that’s starting to take hold. Is it any wonder her life is about to come crashing down around her?
The film also stars Conan O’Brien, Danielle Macdonald, Christian Slater and A$AP Rocky.
