RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES: WETA Reveals The Apes

Tonight I’m just back from a Preview screening of INSIDIOUS in Glasgow tonight which had the director James Wan & Leigh Whannell the writer/actor in attendance, fantastic movie. But also tonight WETA the special fx magicans better known for the effects behind Lord Of The Rings Trilogy are also behind the fx for the upcoming RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES movie and tonight they had a live stream called WETA: APES REVEALED. In this live stream they previewed their amazing work on the apes, what they look like plus there’s lots of new never before seen footage. The stream has now finsihed however the repeat of the whole even is on reply and you can catch the whole shebang below. What I do know is the first trailer for the movie is due in the next day or two so remember to check back here.

RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES will be out August 12th and stars James Franco, Tom Felton, Freida Pinto, Andy Serkis, Brian Cox , John Lithgow, with Rupert Wyatt directing
