“I Didn’t Think You Survived?” Elle Fanning Stars In First Teaser For Predator: Badlands
20th Century Studios has released the first teaser trailer for their upcoming sci-fi sequel, Predator: Badlands, which you can watch below!
From Prey director Dan Trachtenberg comes Predator: Badlands, starring Elle Fanning (A Complete Unknown) is a new story that reportedly sees the alien be the film protagonist rather than antagonist. “a young Predator (Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi), outcast from his clan, [who] finds an unlikely ally in Thia (Fanning) and embarks on a treacherous journey in search of the ultimate adversary.” (from Fangoria)
This is the year the big bad alien with two films being released after the success of Prey in 2022. Predator: Killer of Killers debuts first and is the first animated take on the character before another live-action version arrives later this year. The new streaming movie will “see the iconic alien hunter being thrust into different timelines and locations in three separate and violent interactions with humans across history, including Viking radiers, the samurai and ninja of feudal Japan, and Allied fighter pilots during WWII.”
