You Possessed To Watch New Trailer & UK TV Spots For The Quiet Ones

They always say the quiet ones are the ones you should watch out for and in John Pogue’s The Quiet Ones they hope to deliver supernatural terror, time to be possessed with new trailer and TV Spots.

The Quiet Ones is the latest film from Hammer Films  revival starring Jared Harris as a university professor  leading a group of  students attempting to uncover what is disturbing young girl Jane Harper. Set around true events that happened in 1974 as the group of students further their study they soon realise they may have unleashed something truly evil.

First of all I need to apologise as I didn’t know anything about The Quiet Ones until I saw the trailer at a recent visit to the cinema but thankfully now Lionsgate/House Of Horror have now sent us new videos.  From first impressions things look tense and leaves us wondering if troubled girl in the centre of the film is nothing but just a troubled soul not possessed.  Check out the footage below and decide from yourselves as we’re certainly teased….

The Quiet Ones will be released in UK on 10th April starring Sam Claflin, Olivia Cooke and Erin Richards.

Synopsis

Inspired by true events, THE QUIET ONES tells the story of an unorthodox professor (Harris) who uses controversial methods and leads his best students off the grid to take part in a dangerous experiment: to create a poltergeist. Based on the theory that paranormal activity is caused by human negative energy, the rogue scientists perform a series of tests on a young patient, pushing her to the edge of sanity. As frightening occurrences begin to take place with shocking and gruesome consequences, the group quickly realizes they have triggered a force more terrifying and evil than they ever could have imagined.
