Pixar’s Lightyear New Second Trailer Is A ‘GO!’

Late last year Disney-Pixar took us all by surprise when they released the Teaser Trailer for Lightyear. Tonight they have went from infinity and beyond and released the Second (UK) Trailer and everything is ‘Go!’.
The Toy Story films will always be universally loved, with 4 films on, the only way to continue was spin-off films. This summer we will explore the origin story of a Space Ranger , the one that will inspire Buzz Lightyear! Without spoiling the magic the other films have brought sometimes it’s better to go back than go forward.
Chris Evans voices our space hero and what he is about to do inspire the toy range that Buzz is born from. This new trailer does gives a clearer indication of what story we can expect. One that finds our ranger on an alien world about to fight aliens and beasties. We also meet Buzz’s companion that looks like a cat called Sox (voiced by Peter Sohn), who just happens to be A.I who just happens to be a little on the creepy side!
Off course Buzz isn’t the only human stranded on this alien planet we also get to meet the others. Going by the fact they have been building a space ship to escape, and electric fence around camp makes you wonder how long have they have been stranded there? This might just be the surprising hit of this summer!

The sci-fi action-adventure presents the definitive origin story of Buzz Lightyear—the hero who inspired the toy—introducing the legendary Space Ranger who would win generations of fans.
The voice cast has been announced which includes Keke Palmer, Dale Soules and Taika Waititi. Also Uzo Aduba, James Brolin, Mary McDonald-Lewis, Efren Ramirez and Isiah Whitlock Jr.
Pixar‘s Lightyear will be released in UK, Irish and U.S cinemas from 17th June.
