No legacy lives forever as Netflix unveil the full official Trailer for their upcoming comicbook based series Jupiter’s Legacy.
Three years ago Mark Millar (Kingsman, Kick-Ass) signed a deal to create series, movies with Netflix to bring more of his creations to the digital streaming world. This is the first, an intergenerational family conflict inspired by the Golden Age Of Comic books.
We find ourselves in 1920’s we follow a family (lead by Josh Duhamel and Leslie Bibb) who head to an Island which the father was getting visions of. Then we find ourselves 9 decades later first generation superheroes constantly fighting with the new generation who struggle to live in their parents shadows.
Just shows you, even superheroes struggle with respect, loyalty and power. Is this Netflix’s very own version of? Not exactly but we’re sure they will share themes, I would say it’s more Watchmen which some comic book purist may or may not like. We like what we’re seeing!
