New Wonder Woman 1984 Artwork Confirms UK Release Date

WW84 (2020)

Ready or not, the world may not be ready for her, but this month Wonder Woman 1984 will finally arrive in UK and Irish Cinemas. Today Warner Bros release a New Poster/Artwork confirms that day will be 16th December.

With a vaccination now ready to be launched soon there is some hope in the next few months we may go back to our local cinemas. That day is still a while a way and after the year that was 2020 we wonder if we would see some of those great films we hopedย  we would have seen this year. The constant release date changes have sadly deflated some of those films eventual release (cough…No Time To Die), which is a shame. There is however still travel restrictions around the UK and towns that don’t have a cinema even opened (Cineworld) which means some cinephiles will miss this when it arrives (like us).

Most of all we look forward to everyone returning to a cinema near youย  in a safe environment…

Fast forward to the 1980s as Wonder Womanโ€™s next big screen adventure finds her facing an all-new foe: The Cheetah. As previously announced, the film also stars Kristen Wiig in the role of the Super-Villain The Cheetah, as well as Pedro Pascal. Chris Pine also returns as Steve Trevor.

The cast includesย ย Connie Nielsen, Gabriella Wilde, Kristoffer Polaha, Lyon Beckwith, Natasha Rothwell, Oakley Bull, andย Robin Wright.

Wonder Woman 1984 will be released in UK and Irish Cinemas from 16th December.
