New Images For The American
Its still about 3 months until THE AMERICAN is released in the UK & Ireland (November 26th) but next week the American fans get there chance to check the movie starring George Clooney in the cinema’s (September 1st). The movie is directed by Anton Corbijn and sees Clooney as hitman who wants his next job to be his last one , but fate might make this job the last thing he ever does full stop!
It’ll be around late October early November before any press previews will happen but reading around the North American websites there hasn’t been any sort of press junkett interviews or even any previews screeners for press either until August 30th the day before the release! I agree with the source of this post that this is a worrying sign for the movie may not be as good as its made out to be, as early previews do help to generate an interest in a movie and I havent been in the movie site scene for a long time but in that short time Ive come to learn early previews, good movie. I do hope the movie is good I do admire George Clooney and have done since Syrina / Ocean’s 11 movies and the trailers and features that have come so far have given me the impression this will be good, hopefully next week when the screener happen we can find out the score.
