We’re just less than 4 weeks away from Robert Zemeckis Allied starring Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard. Paramount Pictures has shipped us a brand new poster which looks like our heroes on the run, glammed up , armed ready for a battle. Love is Dangerous especially in World War 2 and the prospect that the love of your life maybe a double agent for the enemy…

Allied follows Max Vatan (Brad Pitt) and Marianne Beausejour (Marion Cotillard),a British Intelligence and French Resistance assassins who fall in love during a mission in Casablanca in 1942 to kill a German ambassador. A future together, however, is thrown into tumult when twisty secrets from their pasts cast doubts on their love for each other.

The poster itself is very simple maybe not crying out fantastic design, but what it does have a lot of symbolism. The characters are in love but also have a job to do but are Marion Cottilard’s character a femme fatale? Does she hide a secret that could see Brad’s character hanged by his own army? It’s based on a fascinating true story that writer Steven Knight learned and one he had to tell.

Allied is now confirmed for 25th November UK &Irish cinema release date. The film also stars Lizzy Caplan, Matthew Goode, Raffey Cassidy, Charlotte Hope, and Jared Harris.
