‘My Brother is The Devil’ Watch The UK Trailer For Deadfall
It seems Eric Bana loves a gun in his hand after playing in Hanna and he finds himself once again on the wrong side of the law but with Olivia Wilde by his side in Deadfall and check out the UK trailer below!
Directed by Oscar winning director Stefan Ruzowitzky (The Counterfeiters) Deadfall tells the story of siblings who go on the run after a Casino heist went wrong. Whilst the pair escaped heading to the Canadian border they crashed forcing the pair to split during a heavy snowstorm. Their family reunion ends up in a middle a another family’s Thanksgiving celebration, a day that only one family will end celebrating.
Deadfall looks like one of those old fashioned slobber knockers that may not provide anything highly original but still entertaining feature. Plenty of gun action, family drama with a nice dark twisted noir feel to it, who says every film had to be intelligent?
Deadfall is getting a UK cinema release and it will be on 10th May when you can catch it it at a cineplex near you. The film also stars Charlie Hunnam, Kris Kristofferson, Sissy Spacek and Kate Mara.
Synopsis
Siblings Addison (Eric Bana) and Liza (Olivia Wilde) are on the run from a casino heist gone wrong. When a car accident leaves their wheel man and a state trooper dead, they split up and make a run for the Canadian border in the worst of circumstances – a near whiteout blizzard. While Addison heads cross-country, creating mayhem in his wake, Liza is picked up by ex-boxer Jay (Charlie Hunnam), en-route for a Thanksgiving homecoming with his parents, June (Sissy Spacek) and retired sheriff Chet (Kris Kristofferson). It’s there the siblings are reunited in a terse and thrilling showdown that pushes the bonds of family to the limit.
