A couple of weeks ago we gave you Ami Canaan Mann’s Texas Killing Field’s  trailer a slick looking movie which looks worth a look despite  not totally convincing us totally her serial killer flick is top notch stuff, however she is the daughter of Michael Mann so we’re opened to giving her much chance to prove us wrong. The good folks at have gotten there hands on 4 clips from the movie which seem to show 2 sides of the movie, the first 3 seem to focus on the characters, setting a mood for the film but if your looking for some action the 4th clip makes up for what we missed in the previous ones. The movie stars Sam Worthington, Jeffrey Dean Morgan one a small time local Texan cop (Worthington) the other a NYPD (Morgan) who team up to track down a serial killer who happens to dispose of his victims in Texan marshlands, the movie also stars Jessica Chastain, Jason Clarke, Stephen Graham and Chloe Moretz showing the world she can play more than just comic book characters and century old vampires.

The movie will make its world premier at the Venice Film Festival sometime this week before it heads to USA on October 14th, as forall us here in the land of blighty and Ireland there is still no word on a release date.
