Jumanji

Let’s get one thing straight when it comes to movies, not every one of them has to be intelligent or even make sense. If they look fun, entertaining they don’t always have to make sense, Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle is one of those movies. ย Packed with action, jokes sharp as knives, packed to the rafters with action and of course the great one, the people’s champ Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. Sony Pictures has released a brand new second UK Trailer, you may just be pleasantly surprised what you see, now roll the die, your move…

We can’t deny the 1995 Robin Williams version is a movie gold when it comes to great family movies. So it was no surprise,2017 version was going to be treated with much skepticism. When the first trailer played it amazed fans at how good it was and maybe the myth of reboots/sequels don’t work for every movie. Moving from the traditional game to video games was a wise move keeping it contemporary with the targeted audience. This trailer gives us a little more insight into the video gaming part of the movie, even the original game gets a cameo! This might be one of the must watch for this Christmas season!

In the brand new adventure Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, the tables are turned as four teenagers in detention are sucked into the world of Jumanji. When they discover an old video game console with a game theyโ€™ve never heard of, they are immediately thrust into the gameโ€™s jungle setting, into the bodies of their avatars, played by Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan. What they discover is that you donโ€™t just play Jumanji โ€“Jumanji plays you. Theyโ€™ll have to go on the most dangerous adventure of their lives, or theyโ€™ll be stuck in the game foreverโ€ฆ

Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle is ready to go retro video game style with the UK, Irish and U.SCinephiles confirmed for a 20th December release date. The movie also stars Nick Jonas.
