The film stars Thomasin McKenzie, James Norton and Bill Nighy who play our pioneers. Joy is based on the remarkable true story of the world’s first “test-tube baby” Louise Joy Brown. The story told from  Jean Purdy (McKenzie),  a nurse Patrick Steptoe (Nighy) and Robert Edwards (Norton) The scientists. Challenges from the State, religious leaders to give hope to those couple who are unable to conceive naturally.

It’s going to be an emotional rollercoaster that will follow the abovementioned trio who defied the odds. Even going against their own leaders with technology  that was dated, this trio should be celebrated!
