A Big thank you to all those who have already applied to join The Peoples Movies writers. We do have plenty of positions left and there’s still time to join Us!
You don’t need to have an journalism degree. If you have a lot to say, full of passion, enthusiasm, creative and full of ideas. Be very reliable, able to work on our ideas and your own too. Work to deadlines and have a good level of spelling and grammar.
The crux of the positions sharing your views in the shape of reviews, news stories, trailer posting, articles and features. Maybe you like to share those views in front of a camera via our Youtube Channel or join us as a critic on our upcoming Podcast. These are just some of the things and each position might slightly different (i.e no reviews) or can mix things up.
The positions we’re looking to fill now are –
Podcast critics – guest critics to review films either every episode or as many you like
World Cinema/Asian Cinema Writers
Classic Film Writers
Streaming Writers – Netflix, Amazon Prime, Shudder, Disney Plus, Apple TV+, MUBI, Starzplay
Anime Writers – Covering especially Netflix/Amazon any other streaming channels
TV Writers – Fox, AMC, Sky Atlantic, Sky One, etc… (can join this with Streaming writers)
These are only some of the positions, remember to add any other areas not mentioned above but we cover at The Peoples Movies you like to help also in ‘Why Should we pick you? question. We may not be able to offer you the world but what we can do is offer you a chance to add work to your portfolio, good luck…
