Jason Statham Is A ‘One Man Crusade’ In Mutiny New Trailer
Ain’t it time we had another Jason Statham film? Lucky us next month the Stath will be a ‘one man crusade’ in action thriller Mutiny and Sky Cinema unleash the official UK Trailer.
If there’s one person in this world you want revenge or retribution Jason Statham is your man. When it comes to one man armies in modern cinema he’ll be there somewhere. The film marks the actor’s second film of 2026, with Shelter being the other one which sadly was sloppy and predictable. We know many of his films can be very predictable, we know they can be entertaining popcorn films too.
In Mutiny sees our hero onboard a cargo ship, on the run for a crime he did not commit. On a crusade to avenge the death that uncovers a global conspiracy.
The rest of the cast for this one include Annabelle Wallis (Peaky Blinders, The Mummy), Roland Mรธller (Land of Mine, Atomic Blonde), Ramon Tikaram (Brassic, Penny Dreadful: City of Angels), Arnas Fedaraviฤius (The White Lotus), Jason Wong (Dungeons & Dragons: Honour Among Thieves, The Gentlemen) and Adrian Lester (Hustle, Trigger Point).
This film is directed by French filmmaker JeanโFranรงois Richet (Plane, The Emperor of Paris).
Synopsis | After witnessing his billionaire bossโ murder and being framed for the crime, Cole Reed (Statham) boards a cargo ship on a one-man crusade to avenge his bossโ death, only to discover an international conspiracy.
Mutiny is set to premiere in UK and Irish cinemas on 21st August and on Sky Cinema later this year.
