Signature Entertainment have released the UK Trailer for up upcoming psychological thriller Repression. Starring Peter Mullen and Rebecca Front as a young boy’s drawings unravel the future, or do they?!

The film is directed by Dutch filmmaker Elbert van Strien directs this one. A twisty Hitchcock-esque thriller set in Scotland of a therapist who starts to lose grip of reality. All thanks to one of her patients drawings, a young boy called Manny but who is controlling who?

Looks intense and do we have a little Damon or antichrist on the cards here?

Repression is a gripping and twisty Hitchcock-esque thriller set in Scotland with a staller British cast, including Peter Mullan and Rebecca Front. When therapist Marianne moves to a remote area of Scotland, her attempts at a new life is thrown off course by one of her patients, ten year old Manny who claims he can see and control her future. Marianne struggles against both the wall of silence from her colleagues and her own mind as she tries to uncover the truth behind Mannyโ€™s drawings.

The film also stars Thekla Reuten, Bill Paterson, Sam Hazeldine, Emun Elliott, Pearl Chanda, and Elijah Wolf.

Signature Entertainment presents Repression on Digital HD 28th September.
