He plays E.B a bunny more interested in becoming a drummer in a rock band than taking over his family’s easter egg business and he hops off to the big lights in search of stardom only run into Fred a slacker (James Marsden).After convincing Fred he hit him with his car he cons him into taking him as a lodger and ends up becoming the lodger from hell!
